QUIZ CLUB

The main objective of quiz club is to foster a desire for knowledge among students and to encourage them to take part in various quiz competitions at college level. Quiz club has initiated to form a group of quiz enthusiasts among students via whatsapp group. The group has given the students a platform to discuss debate and share knowledge.

Highlights of quiz club events (2018-19)

Quiz Competition held at Palakkad Municipal Town Hall inassociation with 82 nd Annual celebration of Kshetra Pravesana Vilambaram on November 12,2018. Bhama .A.Prakash of second year B.Sc Physics, N.S.S.College Ottapalam won second place.

Preliminary examination of Power Quiz-2018 on November 08,2018 at N.S.S.College Ottapalam.Arpitha Unni of second year B.Sc Zoology won first place and Sreehari.S of second year B.Sc Botany won second place and selected to Power Quiz-2018 held at Lead College of Management,Dhoni on November 26.

Intercollegiate Gandhi Quiz competition held at Calicut University. Sujith A. and
Bhama A. Prakash of first year B.Sc Physics won fourth place.

Genius-2018 organized by department of management studies (EASA College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore). Sujith A. of first year B.Sc Physics, Amal S.R and Lidhesh N of third year B.Sc Chemistry participated in the quiz competition by grand master G.S.Pradeep (Aswamedham fame) on 19-12-2017.Sujith A. won first prize in the quiz competition and won a trophy and ten thousand rupees cash prize along with certificate.
Amal S.R. got an opportunity to participate in Aswamedham,a reverse quiz programme in Kairali TV anchored by grand master G.S.Pradeep on 19-12-2017 at EASA college.
