Report on Online Cultural Fest – Keli 2021 (24th- 26th March 2021)
The Cultural Club ‘Keli’, N. S. S. College, Ottapalam, conducted an online Cultural Fest among UG and PG students from 24-03-2021 to 26-03-2021. As a part of the Fest, a poster contest has been organized. Selected posters have been awarded and displayed on college website and social media as promo posters for the event. Notable alumni of the college, Mr. Stephen Devassy, musician, Mr. Sreekumar Menon, Director, and Ms. Vani Nethiar, Classical/Semiclassical vocalist felicitated the ceremony with their promo videos.
The inaugural function was presided by Dr. Rajesh R., the Principal of the college. Dr. Bindu U. delivered welcome address. The Chief Guest of the function Sri. Lal Jose, Director and Producer, Film Industry, officially inaugurated the ceremony through online mode. Prof. Manju B. L. (IQAC Coordinator), Prof. Priyesh K. G. (Council Secretary), and Mr. Vysakh C. (P.T.A. Secretary), felicitated the ceremony. Ms. Surya V. K. (Member) delivered vote of thanks.
About 80 students from UG and PG courses participated for various items. The events for competition included Classical Dance (Solo and Group), Folk Dance (Solo and Group), Indian and Western Music, Classical, Light, and Folk Music, Instrumental, etc. The validatory ceremony was held on 26-03-2021 at 10.00 AM at Seminar Hall. Selected participants were awarded with prizes and certificates by the principal. Certificates for participation was also distributed.

Report on Onam - 2021 (30th August 2021)
The Cultural Club ‘Keli’, N. S. S. College, Ottapalam, conducted an online Onam Celebration (Onam-2021) at 7:00 PM on 30-08-2021. As a part of the programme, a various programmes were organized by UG and PG students and teaching and non-teaching staff of the college. The function was presided by Dr. Rajesh R., the Principal of the college. Dr. Bindu U. delivered welcome address. Prof. Manju B. L. (IQAC Coordinator), Prof. Priyesh K. G. (Council Secretary), and Mr. Vysakh C. (P.T.A. Secretary), felicitated the ceremony. Ms. Sruthi B. (Member) delivered vote of thanks.
The programmes for the day included Classical Dance (Solo and Group), Classical, Light, and Instrumental, etc. The validatory ceremony was held on the same day at 9.00 PM.

Art and Culture is vital and activities associated with it always elevate sense of harmony. They add a new dimension to academics and the whole life. Cultural clubs provide a platform of opportunities for talented students coming from various backgrounds. Participation in cultural activities results in enhancement of self confidence, self awareness, self discipline and an overall development of personality. With this mission, N.S.S. College, Ottapalam runs “Keli” the Cultural Club

Keli, the cultural club, organized a Cultural Exchange Programme in association with Navodaya School, Thrissur on the 28th of January 2020, in N.S.S. College, Ottapalam. The inaugural function was presided by Dr. Sajeev K., the Principal of the college. Dr. Bindu U. delivered welcome address. The Chief Guest of the function Sri. Pankajakshan O. M., Principal, Navodaya School, Thrissur, inaugurated the ceremony. Ms. Salini V.G., Prof. Manju B.L., IQAC Coordinator, Prof. Priyesh K. G.(Council Secretary), Mr. Vysakh C. (P.T.A. Secretary), Mr. Mohd. Shafeeq A. (College Union Chairman), falicitated the ceremony. Ms. Manya Krishna (Member) delivered vote of thanks. The inaugural ceremony was followed by cultural programmes organized by students of Navodaya School and N.S.S. College, Ottapalam.

The Inaugural ceremony of the cultural club, ‘Keli’was held on the 2nd of November 2018, in N.S.S.College, Ottapalam. The inaugural function was presided by Dr. Balachandran S., the Principal of the college. Dr. Bindu U. delivered welcome address. The Chief Guest of the function Dr. Sadanam Harikumar, Secretary, Gandhi Seva Sadan, Kadhakali Academy, Ottapalam, inaugurated the Club for the year 2018-19 activities followed by a key note address. Prof. Manju B.L., IQAC Coordinator, N.S.S.College, Ottapalam, and Ms.Salini V.G. falicitated the ceremony. Ms. Shereefa Sherin A.K., the Secretary, Fine Arts Club delivered vote of thanks. The inaugural ceremony was followed by student’s cultural programmes.
